ROSES LOWER FLOOR BUT WALKOUT FULL-SIZE WINDOWS FACING SOUTH. Two full beds and a full four-piece ensuite. The kitchenette area has a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a side door with reduced stairs, three steps, to enter the room. From the breakfast dining room and decks overlooking the harbour, it is three flights of stairs away. During the 2026 Briar Championships, this room includes breakfast and again from May 1 to October 15th. Outside this period, we have complimentary fresh pastries, tea, and coffee. This room has air conditioning, although opening the window is usually adequate. This suite is a nice option for a winter monthly stay.
